KSR could not give a damn about this mess
That’s why there are five posts about it.

on a serious note though
this is bad for both schools and both coaches. especially on the recruiting trail vs. other schools.

I agree
I think both coaches need to shut it. Never hear of coach K or Williams constantly taking jabs at each other….their performance speaks for itself

Counter-point
I’m assuming this spat gets both schools more air-time on ESPN. This raises the level of awareness of the program (Louisville really could use this.) I think if you can have people start talking about this as the greatest rivalry in College basketball it can’t hurt. It may be childish, but I’m not sure how it hurts recruiting.

good point and I agree with this
but I’m afraid ESPN/medua will spin it as a negative

there's an old saying...
Bad ink is better than no ink.
However they spin it, if it puts our name in the news and increases the awareness of the rivalry, it’s good for us.

increasing awareness of the rivalry, school, and coach are all great.
but if a coach can say, “Look at these guys, all they care about is their egos” it’s another. Sorry, forgot the recruit (somebody help? regional kid? just reopened it recently?) but his father DID come out and say about both Pitino and Calisuckit that he didn’t want his kid going there, they don’t care about the kids.
Just sayin’. Satisfying to hear Pitino finally fire back as opposed to taking the higher ground, but moving forward I’d rather him keep it to himself and prove himself on the court.

I agree too
When you have two really big fish in a very small fish bowl, eventually they both end up dead.

It's like somebody just told the cast of jersey shore:
“actually, I think you’re jealous of me.” I can’t wait to see how weird UK fans get about this one. Or, maybe just 10,000 karen sypher jokes.

I've never really been on KSR's "website"...
But that Matt Jones is a worthless excuse for a human being.

I just checked it out for the first time today. What a bunch of internet fecal matter.

I must object
You give excrement a bad name with that comparison.

decompose than read KSR but since theyre butthurt right now it might be some good entertainment
I checked it out today, just to see what weird shit those mutants do when the get relied up after a perceived slight.
WTF is up with that Michael Gilchrest story? the LHL edited out a part about the writers dad dying and they’re acting like the writer asked him if his mom was every a prostitute. Thin Skin. Excuse my language, but UK fans are a bunch of pussies.

Just went to KSR.com for the second time ever
and I remember why I didn’t want to go back after the first time. I didn’t know they were letting toddlers write articles on their website
the image in the OP?
