According to the In the Huddle blog, Louisville football players will be wearing "AC" stickers on the back of their helmets during Saturday's game against Syracuse to honor Anthony Conner. The senior cornerback broke his neck during last Friday's win over Rutgers and will never play football again.
Conner took his first steps since the injury on Wednesday, and it is hoped that he will be able to leave the hospital within the next week.
