…and she seemed very sweet and happy back then, but I guess people change. She was a very popular cheerleader at Moore High School, a year ahead of me. She was always very pretty and had the admiration of a lot of boys (it was high school, remember). However, my older sister tells me one of her friends was also a cheerleader and knew Karen to be a pretty wild, loose girl. I never knew that being younger………..Looks like she will get what’s coming to her, but I doubt she’ll get more than 4-5 years, just my guess. Pitino did wrong too, he didn’t get out unscathed, he has had to suffer the humiliation of having his wife, family and the nation hear about his scandalous affair (and of course, probably NOT the first one either). I’ve heard some other big local names he’s been linked to but I won’t name them unless I want to be sued for slander…. Who knows how many other women he has had sex with while he’s been married. Sad, but NOBODY wins here. It just plain sucks.
