College Football: ESPN Preseason Power Rankings
One Big East team made ESPN's preseason Top 25, Pittsburgh at #14, marking an 100% infinite increase in representation from last year's preseason rankings for the conference.
Other notables: WVU and Cincinnati are ranked 26th and 27th respectively while UCONN comes in at 31st. Oregon State is ranked 23rd; Louisville travels to Corvallis, OR on Sep 18th to face the Beavers.

I ordinarily wouldn't make math jokes.
But aren’t you a card counter or engineer? Maybe I’m just thinking of statprof. If not, I apologize, but I still feel compelled to say this:

haha
Definitely not a math guy but you did get the blonde hair right

if strong gets to a bowl with this schedule then he will prove to the nay sayers that he is a great coach.. ive seen what he can do so i know he is good but there are some doubters

that not so tough first team
has 3 straight on ya… dont get to over confidant, i believe louisville at home after dropping 3 straight and new coach will win but uk is the favorite and by all the expert the better team…. wont be eku or syracuse you will get… its uk

I would have to disagree
I dont think we have that hard of a schedule. We have 7 home games this year. If we beat UK, or should I say when we do, its EKU then a tough trip to Oregon followed by very winnable games with Arkansas State and Memphis. If we can start 4-1 or 3-2 I think that sets the stage for a good conference schedule. With the remaining 4 conference home games, if we can split those and take down Syracuse on the road thats 6 or 7 wins and a bowl trip, which I think is very reasonable. Im not saying undefeated season, although CS is superman and can do anything, but there is certainly a path to go bowling this year so I would defiantly not classify this is a hard schedule by any means.

In all fairness
he may have been referring to geography, not team, when he said “Oregon.” Oregon State is in the state of Oregon.
