He does not have a Twitter

say he has that twitter linked on his profile. So unless his facebook is also fake, it looks like this twitter account is real (or he is linking it for ironic purposes). I am not a twitter guy, and think it is incredibly stupid, but I did look at his just to see what the fuss was about. If it is fake, I really don’t know who would go to that much trouble to make a pretty normal twitter page. It’s not like his comments are negative towards him or UofL. They are just normal comments (written in slang, just like 90% of other athletes on twitter it looks like). Doubt someone would take that much time to make a twitter page about someone unless they did it to make that person look bad. That does not seem to be the case.
