Just an FYI, UofL baseball is having a pretty special season, from obscruity three or four years ago, this team is playing well enough 36-7 (14-4 BE) to get a national seed in the College World Series. Only the top 8 team in the country get that distinction. They are not just doing it with close games or comeback victories like the one over UK last week. They just crushed a Rutgers team today 24-6. Andrew Clark had 2 home runs and 8 RBI's today, in the middle of the category 2 hurricane that came through Louisville today. They are an exciting team to watch and I suggest anyone who is looking for anything to do on a weekend afternoon, or perhaps a lazy weekday afternoon to come out and support this team. Jim Patterson Stadium is also one of the nicer facilities that UofL has added to the campus in the past few years, so the atmosphere is great. Added bonus: it is cheaper than going to watch the Bats play badly for 9 innings. It's UofL as well, we should support it.
