T-Will messes around and gets a triple-double
As a blogger, I'm contractually obligated to throw "messed around" into the mix whenever I mention somebody attaining a triple-double. It just comes with the territory.
Anyhow, Terrence Williams improved upon a sensational second half of his rookie season for the New Jersey Nets by scoring a career-high 27 points, grabbing 13 rebounds and handing out ten assists in a double overtime victory over Chicago last night. The praise is now starting to fly from all directions, and rumors are abundant that the Nets might pass on John Wall if he's available in the draft because of how tremendous Williams has been of late.
Still, "T-Willie" is not going to fly.

He had...
…9 assists late in regulation and Lopez missed two layups on passes from T-Will (probably payback from the beatdown in 2007), so the 2OT thing shouldn’t be any sort of asterisk on his first triple double.
He got his 10th assist on a classic T-Will play – late in the game, the Bulls had basically lost and missed a shot in transition, T-Will fought a guy for the rebound on the baseline and came down with the ball, then looked up and threw it the length of the court to a snowbirding Lopez who dunked it.
Nets at Pacers
Plenty of Louisville fans representing last night at the Pacers game. The girl behind me had a sign that said “The Ville misses T Will” that she kept holding up, but oddly never got put on the Pacers big screen. The Pacers fans were a little confused at first when people were cheering for Terrence so much. He had a good game with 15-8-7. Tried to force it a lot late. Good to see all the Louisville fans.
I hope
one of the new player Louisville is bringing in has this kind of talent. Has anyone on the current squad had a triple double?

Do you mean ever or as a Cardinal?
If you mean as a Cardinal, the answer is no. Only 3 players have recorded triple doubles for Louisville: Samaki Walker, Ellis Myles, and T-Will (2).
