But the Kure is pretty money.

though I prefer The Crasher, there’s a bad taste in my mouth substituting Cs with Ks (brings up a certain person I’m working diligently to forget) and not sure how many outside this site would understand (no matter how hilarious) the Wedding aspect.

I know CardsFan922 is trying to bring this matter to a resolution, so I feel a little bad throwing another option into the mix, but I dig:

Kyle “Last Call” Kuric (because he IS going to close the place down)

Why is this popular? Not hating, just kurious. No real relation to Kyle or Louisville other than an all too obvious play on his last name.

But “The Kure”? That’s pretty lame.

2) Quick, to the point, catchy
3) He was the cure for potentially losing against Syracuse
4) Just as "the Cure: was a group of reeeeally white kids who started a rock revolution. Kyle has started an awesomeness revolution.
5) He won’t be Kyle “the Kure” Kuric. It’ll just be one name, like “Prince” or “Madonna” or “the Zohan”. You don’t mess with the Kure.

I voted Kyle Skywalker (my reasons should be obvious — check the previous posts), but there are several I would prefer to the Kure.

If Siva gives someone a nickname, you should at least consider using it.

K2 is quick nd easy to say, like E5 and T-Will.

The Wedding Krasher is not, but it’s a kickass nickname. Maybe a little too inside-joke-ish.

We need to be able to vote-off the name we don’t like, that way we can get rid of “The Kure”.

I don’t know anyone who says they watch it, but apparently it has the highest ratings on television.

I posted this earlier but I don’t want it to get lost in the shuffle:

1. It’s short, but so are several other BETTER options.
2. People rightly call Prince and Madonna by their "one" name, but this is sports and players are often referred to with their nickname in the middle. Thus, Kyle "the Kure" Kuric is going to happen, and I don’t think I need to explain why that’s not good.
3. Sure, they were “rockers,” but the image and connotation of that band name is whiney, emo, fragile girly-boys. Kyle’s awesomeness can probably overcome a lot of things, but why saddle him with that baggage.

I voted Shots and was dismayed to see it coming in so low.

Also: I was not a fan of The Kure to begin with, but hot hot’s Chris Berman argument convinced me that it needs to be dismissed.
