Late last night I watched the UofL/Marquette game that I DVRed. I shut down all technology so I wouldn't have any idea what happened. Boy, what a waste of time, but at least I could fast forward. I got online to see the angry comments of the game and posted one myself. But soon thereafter I thought there's nothing else to say about this debacle of a game. It was just terrible on every level. Time to move on.
I then thought about posting this next idea, but remembered I should head to bed. Seems like Mike and the crew were thinking the same thing I was. It's better just to move on from last night and gear up for the last game (I'm still confident about that) in Freedom Hall.
My idea is to start a post where everybody just lists names of all the greats involved with the University of Louisville while the playing in the Hall. I'm hoping we get a lot of old school names, obvious choices, some forgotten heroes and maybe even some names that just need to be recognized. Players, fans, coaches, cheerleaders, etc. should all be considered. I have a few interesting names up my sleeve, but I'll wait to see what others come up with first.
I'll start with the obvious starting point for me.
