The Cardinals get a good deal of television time this week in the form of live basketball and recorded football. Bullet points for Leigh:
- Tuesday at 9 PM on ESPNU is basketball vs. Drexel. Repeated at 3 AM, edited down to 90 minutes.
- Tuesday at 11 PM on ESPN Classic it's the 2004 Liberty Bowl, in which the Cards beat Boise State 44-40.
- Thursday at 6 AM on Fox College Sports, for early-rising masochists, is football at Oregon State. (Forgive me if I don't get up early for that one.)
- Saturday at 4 PM on the Big East Network (and on MASN for Leigh and me) is basketball vs. Gardner-Webb. That's repeated, edited to 2 hours, at 11:30 PM.
Next week we have the St. Pete bowl on Tuesday and basketball at WKU on Thursday; after Christmas, the Morgan State game (12/27) is on Big East/MASN; and my cable guide doesn't go out this far, but in the back of my mind, it seems like there's something coming up on 12/31 too.
I love being a Cardinal fan.
