Tough to watch...

..he’s clearly affected.

Also like that he basically says the third down play was a first down. Bad spot on both downs. Ugh.

He says

“They pretty much read the sneak the whole way.” Hindsight is always 20/20, but for GOD’S SAKE Powell had been murdering them with 5+ yard runs almost the entire 2nd Half. For the life of me I don’t get why you don’t put the ball in his hands on 3rd and 4th there, if you decide to go for it. Mario says they were successful all day with outside zone runs to Powell. So USF read the sneak, saw it coming, and they did it anyway. Is Burke not allowed at that point to audible? Cuz if he has that option it’s on him not to audible out of that and into something else. USF has the best DL in the league. YOU KICK THE FG! Criminy!

I mean

it was on Burke TO audible out of that sneak if it was obvious they saw it coming. They had all 11 guys stacked tight. It was the time to show sneak and run something wide. This one down might keep us out of a bowl and it pisses me off. Can you tell? LOL I still love HCCS. Don’t get me wrong. The man’s a godsend to this program, but that was a rookie HC mistake any way you slice it.
