Dear Larry Taylor,
How do you like me now! What a great game played by the Cards! Maybe, but I think it was mostly UConn making us look like 2006. Mike "Cardboard" Box folded just like his name implies, and we rattled him early and made UConn 1 dimensional. At that point all we had to do was stop Todman (not a small challenge by any means) and we were successful. We were +3 in turnovers again. WOOT!
The offense was very fluent, until we got into the red zone, where our woes continued. 4 field goals will usually not cut it, unless our defence plays as well as it did. Froman still needs to get rid of the ball more quickly, but overall he played well and did not turn the ball over.
Special teams was a beast. Dougie could and should have taken 2 all the way back, but one was stopped by an unnecessary hold. Philpott got his confidence back and converted all of his field goals, including one from 42 yards, which is about where he missed from twice last week.
The only negative was all of the penalties in a few important spots.
Mr. Taylor, we kicked your former team's butt today, and Cards nation has a lot of four letter words to say about you.
26-0,
HorsePig55
P.S. Doug Beaumont is a better returner than you!

Where was the "HELL YES!" choice?
"Screech, you CAN'T elope!"
"Who are you calling a cantaloupe, you melonhead?"
