First off I'd like to say that our boy DEION BRANCH is back and he's looking like he did 4 years ago(Just something to get us excited)

The UCONN huskies come to Louisville this Saturday in hopes to pull off a 3rd striaght victory against the Cards, a streak wich began 3 years ago in Connecticut, we all remember Krags first year and Taylors, (Air Quotes) Fair Catch.

But that was then, this was now, Krag is somewhere where no one cares as is Larry Taylor, incomming Mr.Strong, who will be looking for his first Big East Victory as head coach of Louisville and has the number 3 back in the country controlling the tempo, of course to go along with his deeply improved defense.

(HEISMAN HEISMAN)Can you believe it, whens the last time you heard Louisville in a top 5 stat category, (well a positive, stat category) I cant recalll.... But look no further, Bilal Powell is the nations 3rd leading rusher, behind Michigans Denard Robinson, and Via Taua from Nevad, thats pretty good company! And technically Oregons LeMichael James is in 2nd right now but his game was yesterday, and Bilal hasn't played yet. 

AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Can you hear that, ITS THE 55,000 Plus Cardinal fans screaming in a SOLD OUT Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium for the first time in YEARS!!!!! You think that will turn up some heat in the "Deep Dish of Louisville"
