Barry Larkin's son, Shane, has committed to play basketball at Depaul. Most Louisville fans cheer for the Reds and Barry Larkin was my favorite Red of all-time (I wasn't alive for the Big Red Machine). This, combined with the haplessness of Depaul basketball, should make it easy to cheer for Shane.

Of course, all of this probably goes out the window if we ever lose to Depaul (but we won't, they're like Memphis), but for now, congratulations to Shane.
