Absolutely perfect fit

They’re young, talented, athletic. What’s not to like about T-Will showing interest in the Bulls? I hope they draft him :)

I heart the possibilities

Bulls fans have rumored that Ben Gordon and Kirk Hinrich will no longer be Bulls after this season…I think Hinrich, a PG, will leave but the new Chicago GM said his main goal was to re-sign Gordon, a Shooting Guard, the position where T-Will is most likely to fit in the NBA.

As the head of bball operations for Chicago, John Paxson drafted Gordon 3rd overall back in ‘04 so I don’t think he wants to give up on Gordon either. This doesn’t necessarily mean they won’t draft T-Will, just doesn’t help his case for the Bulls to take him 16th. I’ll think they’ll go for a big Forward like Blair or Hansbrough with their first pick and if T-Will is around, they’d probably use their 26th pick on him. Assuming T-Will is gone though, I think they’ll go for a backup PG to replace Hinrich—someone like Collison.

I think this T-Will-ism will definitely...

score points with front offices around the League…

“Some [players] don’t really work out because they feel that they already have a spot secure in a certain [city] so they don’t work out against other guys,” Williams said. “That kind of surprised me, ‘cause you’d think people that love basketball would play regardless.”

Definitely speaks worlds to this guy's work ethic.

I hope some teams (like the Bulls) take note.

I’d like to see him go to the Bulls. It’d be nice to be able to root for a relatively close NBA team. Cleveland would be even better, but they need big men more than a shooting guard.

T-Will doin' work

Finally a quote void of “coach-speak”…When Earl Clark asked a scout to critique a recent workout b/c he “just wants to get better” it oozed of Pitino’s handling. According to rumor, T-Will has distanced himself from Pitino since the MSU game…and maybe that’s not such a bad thing, considering…well…you know…that thing we stopped talking about 2 weeks ago?
