Anyone else think that the Derby isnt all that?
Ive lived here 17 years and still have yet to understand why its so “awesome”. Horse racing in itself is just plain wrong. I watched a documentary on this a while back on Showtime..it was quite eye opening and sad.
Im not trying to ruffle any feathers or anything-just never have understood all the hoopla. I guess its b/c there isnt anything else happening on the national scene for the city?
Anyways..have fun and be safe everyone..
