One image that will always stick in my mind that wasn’t even a picture…

Right after the game ended and everybody was shaking hands and leaving the court, CBS showed the Louisville bench. It was completely empty except for Jerry Smith, who sat right in the middle looking up at the sky before noticing the camera and getting up to go shake hands.

That crushed me.
