I can't wait for tonight
I just wish the tourney games weren’t played in football stadiums, at least until the Final Four. I really think it takes away from the pageantry of college basketball. Why don’t we just play the Super Bowl at a NASCAR track?
The hell with Zona.

I'll bet on Pitino
The man does not lose in the Sweet Sixteen. This team is deeper, better, and better coached. And I think Siena woke them up, much like the blowout loss @ND woke them up. I fully expect a double digit win that’s a yawner in the final 3-4 minutes. But it’s the Dance, so I’ll take any kind of win. JUST WIN.

watching that
I just realized they have beaten Utah and Cleveland St….not exactly jaw-dropping competition. We got this…

I keep waiting for T-Will to scream...
…and die a little inside everytime he doesn’t.

not our intro music
i’ve only been to one game, so i could be off here, but i thought we use O Fortuna from Carmina Burana, this is requiem for a dream.
But still, screw them, go CARDS!

O Fortuna....
….we use that in football.
The pre-lineup introduction video uses this music and its awesome.
Weird to think we won’t see it again, and won’t hear T-Will’s scream again during it.
I hope this season doesn’t end for a long, long time.

Yeah!
I thought the scream was in every recording of that song!
This season HAS shaved ten years off my life.

A couple folks...
….on ITV who went to the shoot around yesterday said that it actually wasn’t bad and that people would be pleasantly surprised with sight lines, etc.
We’re in Section 136 which is behind and to the right of the basket – hopefully it is a good view.
Am very nervous.

Almost all seats aren't that great
People in the “temporary” seats (which is most of the 100’s) said the set-up / sight lines make it difficult to see over top of people in front of them, and if you’re sitting at either end it’s even more difficult due to the location of the pep bands. Almost like going to a boxing match with the ring too low.
I’m in the 200 level 1st row, there are about 10 rows of permanent 100 level seating in front of me. While the sight line is good, I’m still a healthy distance from the court. It’s basically equivalent to sitting in the top row of Freedom Hall, but not as high.
Just a heads up for people buying tickets for Sunday.
