Senior Night Question

This Wednesday will be the first time I attend senior night; I know the game is set to start at 7 but since the ceremony  is done before the actual game does that mean I need to be there early?, or is the ceremony done at 7 and tip off pushed back until its over?

P.S. im 20 words short of the limit for this post, so heres a random question: Which non senior on the team this year do you think will make you cry the most at their respective senior night?  I for one already know ill be balling like im halley berry winning an Oscar when Preston leaves us.

That would make since

The only reason why i asked is a bunch of people over on the inside the ville board were talking about a pregame ceremony…then again maybe i should know better than to listen to them

Pregame

I haven’t been the last two seasons or so, but it is typically a pregame ceremony where the players are introduced with their families and nice things are said.

The post-game is usually reserved for the players to make a few comments to the crowd, but it is less ceremonial. Again, though, it’s been a few years for me (although I’ll be back this Wednesday), but I would plan on getting there early.

This is right

The kids come out with their parents and get their jerseys before the game, and then they address the crowd after the game.

Technically Correct. . .the best kind of correct

He asked which non-senior would make you cry the most. Will Scott was a “senior” last year and is now in the MBA program.

Exactly

Will Scott would be impressed at the technicality and we would both cry.

Get there Early

They will do it before the game. They will start the ceremony about 20 minutes before tipoff, they just push warm up’s and all that stuff up to accomidate for the ceremony. I was there in ’05 when they had Garcia come out with the seniors, if Earl is leaving for sure, they will probaly have him come out with the seniors also.

Does Will Scott start against Seton Hall?

I don’t think Pitino has made it a habit to start all the seniors on senior night, but I for one wouldn’t mind it.

… although maybe its not a great idea to start Hazell out with Will Scott on him to begin the game…
