Being an out of state fan of the Cards, It is difficult to find quality Louisville merchandise. Adidas just doesn’t push the teams they sponsor as heavily as say Nike does. I know you can get a lot of things online yet I can go into any footlocker, footaction, etc., and pick up gear for teams like texas, duke, unc, usc, florida, etc. So in my selfish optimism I was thinking the contract might be up soon and could possibly be picked up by someone else like a Nike. Whenever it is up, they’ll probably just re-up with Adidas anyway.
all companies have a few teams they market nationwide
teams like texas, duke, unc, usc, florida, nd, osu and uk usually get put on the newest stuff, whether it be hats, sweatshirts, whatever. I think Adidas actually markets UL better than Nike would, and we used to be one of their premier programs, but now they have picked up some bigger market teams like ND and michigan. I am also away from Louisville, but i don’t think you can find much of anything aside from “national” teams and local teams anywhere. Online is your best bet with anything

me and a buddy were on a road trip through bumblescum, PA and stopped in a gas station just south of harrisburg. they had a selection of various baseball caps, among them a UofL cap with the “gothic L” logo. I think adidas does OK; it seems I’ve seen more and more Louisville merchandise outside of the ville in the past few years.
