Jerry Smith's wordless Louisville/Western Kentucky recap

Which one of you all is going to pick me up off the ground, dry my tears and carry me out of Freedom Hall on Senior Day?

Everyone who said UofL will be in the NIT this year

Where you at? LOL, I know we’re only 2 games removed from debacles against Charlotte and East Carolina but this is college basketball, not college football. UofL will be fine….Jerry won’t let NIT happen.

While

I will dry your tears, however, I may find myself unable to pick you up off the ground. I’m donating my arms to the Jerry Smith Foundation (foundation establishment pending); the primary role of which will be to donate two brand new (used) arms to Mr. Jerry Smith himself; because the only way the guy could get any cooler is if he were to have four arms.. like Goro.. and that motherfucker was cool. Now I’m just rambling.

I hope

Jerry Smith’s child grows up to be a Cardinal.

I'm still here, and I think I might have said "NIT" earlier.

Still think it’s a possibility and hope like the dickens I’m wrong. There’s still the Big East to compete with, and the team’s shortcomings will be amplified in league play. We’re not out of the woods simply because we played well against a Western team that isn’t all that good to begin with.

Absolutely still possible

My annoyance is more to do with fans who yell for Pitinos head after a bad loss but yet never credit him or the team after great wins.

I think you were the only one here last year who saw eye-to-eye with my man crush-biased opinion that Andre McGee was just as important to our team as Twill and Earl. So we’ll always have that going for us, which is nice.

With Apologies To Randy Edsall, The Big East Remains Mostly Harmless

FILE -- This is an Oct. 18, 2008 file photo showing Connecticut corner back Jasper Howard (6) trying to get the crowd into the game during the fourth quarter of an NCAA college football game against Rutgers, in Piscataway, N.J. Jasper Howard had his little sisters' names tatooed on his chest. His friends say it was a constant reminder of why he was at U Conn _ to provide his family with a better life than the one he had in Miami's Little Haiti. (AP Photo/Mel Evans, File) link
