NOTABLE

--Nothing

Quotable

--"He’ll employ a lot of the game things we saw against Cincinnati in terms of quarterback running game, which is tough to defend when you’ve got a guy that can run it and pass it. And they’ve got big play receivers and they’re very solid in the running game.” --Steve Kragthorpe

"I hoped we would stay healthy. We haven't stayed quite as healthy as I would have liked, but that's the nature of football." ---Steve Kragthorpe

CC Prediction: Louisville 21, Arkansas State 7

Best pregame update you’ve ever done. I’m surprised your excitement level actually registered though.

What joy

My wife and I decided not to go today (first time in the 30 years we have been married). I thought about calling some friends to see if they wanted our season tickets but I decided in this economy I couldn’t afford to pay someone to take them.

On a positive note...

today is the Bag Krag game, if nothing else we can come together with our hatred of Koach.

Yeah

I was going to post my picture in your thread, but couldn’t figure out how to do it. It’s funny cause i took that picture about a month ago, i was going to get a string of McD’s pictures going on Bag Krag

I don't know.

This is a team that in its last four games, beat a bad FIU team, lost by less than one score to decent Sunbelt-leading Troy and UL-M teams, and lost by three AT IOWA. The spread, and Sagarin, imply this team is a half-point better on a neutral field. And we’re beat up.

I think a two touchdown win is wildly optimistic (which is not the tone you’ve been striking of late, Mike).

My prediction is 17-9 Cards

It says Louisville at Arkansas State.

We're 2.5 point favorites...

But having a Kragthorpe on the sidelines takes away at least a few points more…

I feel Arkansas State takes us by 4; they did almost take down Iowa and Iowa has something we only could wish to have this year… a coach not named Kragthorpe (and well… a winning record, national title aspirations, guaranteed bowl game)

At least it’s time to be “Baggin Krag while watching Krag Bag more 1st down plays with runs up the middle”
