Vic Anderson named Big East Offensive Player of the Week

University of Louisville running back Victor Anderson (Louisville, Ky.) was named the BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week, the BIG EAST announced Monday morning.
Anderson rushed for a career-high 176 yards and three touchdowns in Louisville's 38-29 win over Kasnsas State last Wednesday. The red-shirt freshman from St. Xavier High School recorded his second straight 100-yard performance and currently leads the Cardinals in rushing.
Against Kansas State, Anderson scored on runs of 29, 56 and 27 yards as the Cardinals rushed for 303 yards.
