FINALLY Krapthorpe has said something I like. I know just a few posts ago I was ready for a new coach and ready to give the job to Ron English... And believe me... I woul still do it tomorrow... But this whole give the guy his time and let him get his system and personnell in there... is slowly making osme progress...

Don't get me wrong, by no means am I sending Krapthorpe a christmas card this year... but he still has time to say some things and get some things done before my cards get in the mail...

Wow, I had a different reaction to that phrase

For reasons unrelated to sports or U of L, that particular phrase rubs me the wrong way and automatically raises my hackles. I have a visceral loathing for it to the extent that I always utter “Yeah, right” and start laughing as soon as I hear it. I refused to read the CJ article when I saw those words.

My personal issues nothwithstanding, I do agree with your underlying point. The Cards are definitely making progress. Kudos to Kragthorpe, English, Brohm, and the whole hee-haw gang for their collective efforts.
