Samardo Samuels on campus, being awesome

Samardo Samuels has arrived.

The USA Today National Player of the Year is on campus, taking classes during U of L's third summer school session, and participating in the competitive pick-up games with the rest of the team.

No word on how he's performing in said games, but I'm going to go ahead and report that he's dunked at least once.

I wonder what summer blogging would have been like in the '80s. I'm gonna say about the same amount of basketball talk, much less utilization of recruiting rankings, and a whole lot more Will Olliges.

Olliges would have been all over this piece in July of '86.

I'm very excited to hear how the Italians or Greeks receive that hair
