Your tournament traditions/superstitions

Every year I go through the same process... the morning of the first round I choose my gameday tshirt based on my various U of L apparel's performance through the regular season (this year I went with the 06-07 "deal with these cards" REDSHIRT). Obviously I rock the shirt all day and watch the game, assuming Louisville wins (which of course...they do) I then take the shirt off and hang it back up at the end of the night. The next time the cards play I wear the same shirt again (without washing it) and continue this process through the whole tournament. Being that I wasn't alive in 86 the most days I've been able to sport my shirt has been 5 a couple years ago. This year I'm really hoping for 6.

What about you guys?

shirt too
old school red Louisville shirt, big white letters across the chest, size smedium...all time 85-90% win rate, including the Final Four ride you mentioned. Haven't worn it since BYU beat us here in Vegas, though.

Did The Same No Washey-Washey
with my Oriole game shirt to keep Cal's consecutive game streak going...pretty rank after sixteen years...ripe...no friends left...less romance...but Gehrig's been left in the dust.  Hey Frank, give us a smile, for crying out loud!

I'd tell you, but ...
speaking out loud, or writing down, any crucial ritual, talisman, or other behavior, immediately causes said superstition to work in the opposite direction.  It's just science, people.

I can't have that on my conscience.

Yeah Statprof, but
The idea IS foolproof as long as your magic wand with the rabbit's foot was already AIMED in the "opposite direction."  Push all the accreoutrements toward a Louisville loss, so they will win.  It's just art, people.
