Big East vs. ACC "upsets"

(12)Villanova 75, (5)Clemson 69
(7) West Virgnia 73, (2) Duke 67

(1) UNC vs. (5) ND next?  I almost hope it comes to (1) UNC vs. (3) Louisville though

Thats what they get for this...

Well, we'll get our chance to knock out their last
team (after Miami loses to Texas).  ND has a shot, then UofL (maybe) and then maybe even G-town.  I like our odds if those match ups happen.

Kudos to West Virginia
Never thought I'd say that, but you really have to give their bball team some credit:

2005 - Makes an improbable run to the Elite 8 and in 99.9% of other cases, makes it to the Final Four.  Included in that run was a multi-overtime games in the 2nd round vs. a ridiculous Chris Paul-led Wake Forest team in one of the most exciting games I've ever seen.

2006 - Cruised to the Sweet 16 and lost on a last second three to Texas.

2007 - After losing Pittsnogle, Herber, Gansey and the PG with two last names (can't remember names, but the guy who Jenkins blocked on their last regulation possession in 2005), actually WINS the NIT.

2008 - Projected to finish 10th in the Big East, makes it the Sweet 16 with wins over run of the mill college basketball powers (namely Arizona and Duke).

Gotta give those guys some credit.

Yup
Here's how I see it:

Young and Ramon have been playing WAY above average.

Blair has been steady

Fields is getting calls

They have a 40% chance of winning Rd. 1.  5% chance of getting to the Sweet 16.
