Scotty Hopson

It's looking more and more like Tyreke Evans is headed to Memphis, as I've heard he will announce his decision after the Memphis/Tennessee game this weekend. So Scotty Hopson is a 6'5 Guard for Hopkinsville, KY, and he has UofL, Cincy, and Miss St. at the top of his list. Assuming Tyreke goes to Memphis, what are the chances of us landing Scotty? I believe we have a good shot, and I think he fits our system much better than 'Reke.

Last Night

on the Coach's Corner on WHAS radio Pitino said he'll be out recuiting this week. He said he'll be looking at juniors as the senior class is "almost done". He said they are looking at one more big man, but other than that they're done with seniors. It sounds like to me he's done with wing players in this year's senior class. Bye bye Evans and Hopson. Take it for what its worth, but its straight from the coach's mouth.
