Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

"The first I'd like to say is that, for you people that are from here, you may be looking at the national champions. Coach Pitino has assembled a group of guys that can go at least 10 or 11 deep and not miss a beat. I was reading his book last week and he said you've got to be positive, and with a team like that, it's easy to be positive." Jaguars Coach Ronnie Arrow had to say after facing the Cards.

I agree adam

He has his assembled players and a very deep team, the same thing he did at UK. Look forward to a very fun season.

One of the Georgetown College Coaches

Called us a Final Four team after the game last year. He was close.

I like hearing things like this because I have a hard time judging how good we really are, but Coach Arrow would know. We haven’t struggled like we did against NKU and GC, but it is possible that the last two teams we have played against aren’t as good as a good D2 team, or a phenomenal NAIA team.

South Alabama should be decent

They went to the Tourney last year at 26-7 and have the likely Sun Belt Player of the Year in Brandon Davis.
