A game-killing illegal formation penalty that negated a successful 4th down in the last 3 minutes of the game. Even if it didn’t matter at that point, it still matters. Is that Petrino’s fault too?
We should be better coached & not have as many of these stupid penalties at the end of the season, right?

After clinching a lost Big East season a couple games ago, it probably would’ve behooved UL to mimic the B. Brohm/Lefors tandem back in 04 w/ Cantwell/Simms.

Simms got his chance...
…against Pitt and proved that he can rarely get the ball past the line of scrimmage. Honestly, his pseudo-sidearm motion is worse than Cantwell’s wind-up. I don’t have high hopes for our quarterback situation in the next few years.

I just want to know:
1. What the hell?
2. Why does this season leave my soul as empty as PJCS in the 4th quarter.
3. Did anyone else notice the random guy dressed in WVU colors along the Louisville sidelines. Just saw him in at least one shot during the broadcast.
4. Why are we the last ones to play our first regular season basketball game? I needed it this past week more than ever to take the pain away…
I know we're on to basketball....
but still, how can anyone who follows the program not be disgusted and disturbed at this point. No other program in the U.S. has fallen as far, as fast, as this one. And the announcers today were talking about 40-something players who’ve left or been forced out since K arrived. I’d never heard that number before, but I’ll tell you this: Bobby Petrino was in no way responsible for the four-game losing streak this mindless-wonder of a head coach currently has laid upon us.
I know he’s Jurich’s guy, but daggone it, K isn’t very good. I know I keep repeating myself, but he’s never lost FEWER than FIVE games. Gimme a break.
