Game Attire: Black Zack Stoudt jersey...in between about five shirts and a coat...my Cardinal scarf and toboggan may also be making their debut appearances, so place your bets accordingly.
Predicted Star of the Game: Eric Wood
A pretty solid lock regardless of what takes place on the field.
Obscure and Bold Prediction: We fake a kick or a punt.
If you've been keeping something in your pocket, now's certainly the time to pop it out.
Notable and Quotable
--This will be the last time U of L is ever terrorized by Pat White.
--The Mountaineers are ranked 13th in the nation in rushing offense, averaging 214.9 yards per game. The Cards rank eighth in rushing defense, allowing just 95.4 yards a game on the ground.
--“With great coaches and great players walking around this building everyday there’s no reason not to expect great things out of us. The circumstances over the last couple years are unfortunate….players we’ve lost – dismissals, transfers, injuries – it’s been tough. The expectations aren’t going to sink so it’s pressure on the players and coaches to keep the winning tradition alive. We haven’t necessarily done that to the fullest the last couple of years but I expect it to be back up there.” --Eric Wood
--“I feel like we’ve got to win the last two games to get into a bowl. We want to take the subjectivity out of it and win the last two games. We want to play in a bowl game. We’d get extra practice time, momentum, more national exposure from a recruiting standpoint. So I think it’s very important that we play in a bowl game.” --Steve Kragthorpe
--"We've always had good games. I fondly remember the trip to Louisville last time we were there two years ago. I remember the Blackout. I remember the fans being very into it and very enthusiastic, so I'm very excited about the game." --Pat McAfee
--"Pat is so good, it's ridiculous. He's had some big games against Louisville. Three years ago, triple overtime. Last year, game-winning touchdown." --Greg Isdaner
--"Defensively, they're strong, they're veteran, they play hard. Looks like they're flying around good. We got a real chore ahead of us. I hope we're hitting on full cylinders, because we better be." --Bill Steward
Comments
We created the monster that became Pat White
and that then ate us in triple-overtime in Morgantown.
Yes, no matter what—good to see him gone.

not sure why you picked wood
as he basically single-handedly lost the cincy game for us with his multiple holding and false start penalties.

...and then he throws the first punch in the pre-game brawl
his reputation as our “rock” has evaporated

We're already in a 'bowl'...
Thank you, Eric Wood, for all that you’ve done. Hope you have a great NFL career.
No matter what happens today, U of L is already in a bowl…use your imagination. I don’t want to come right out and say it…
