A Serious Question
So I know that this is probably not the best time to ask a question like this, especially after that debacle yesterday. What finishing record would you be content with to consider this football season a success. Be real here no matter how you feel about Kragthorpe, and back up your vote with reason. Personally I would consider a 7-5 record a success. Due to all the key losses we took at key positions last year. This is Kragthorpes second year building the team up to what he thinks it should be (whatever that is). Next year I demand results at least an 8-4 season as his recruits will be the majority of the team. This I believe is Kragthorpes last freebie year. The remaining schedule looks like this:
Nov 8 @ Pitt (likely loss)
Nov 14 Cincy (likely loss)
Nov 22 WVU (likely loss)
Dec 4 @ Rutgers (likely win)
Realistically it looks like we finish 6-6 again with our only victory coming at Rutgers so to finish at 7-5 and go bowling we need another upset in my book. I just hope we can do it.

Given 8 home games, the weak Big East....most Card fans pre-season
said 7-5 minimum…
8 wins really expected.
Nothing has changed my mind. IAfter last wk, I would have said 7-5 would be easily make able—and was hoping for 8-9
now….just really heart-breaking. The players love this Koach, but bottom-line, the man is not a big-time winner, for WHATEVER reasons.
As far as next yr getting 8 wins—- good lord almighty…how?

agreed
poopcooper hasn’t been able to coach NFL-level talent, what in the world makes anyone think next year will be better? bank on a losing record next year unless we get this moron out of here

9-3
I picked 9-3 but really would rather select none of the above. At this point, there is not much that can happen to salvage credibility in the season.
27-2 against UK
Failing to get revenge on Uconn
Losing again to Syracuse.
No miracle recruits on the horizon.

I still think....
we can beat both WVU and Cinci. Rutgers should be a win as long as we don’t overlook them (i.e. like I believe we did during last nights) game I think Pitt is going to be the toughest of them.
I’m not giving up because of one game. No one remembers how well we looked just a week ago.

Klownthrope has gotta go…I mean losing back to back to the cuse….and making us the only team for them to beat in the Big East over the past 2 years is enough to say bye bye

Real Talk
We should be 7-1 right now.It has nothing to do with the talent because we have enough to get the job done.It all falls on Krags. Not once did I read a statement from him responding to the team taking Syracuse lightly. Then they went out there and got that anus tapped for the second year in a row to a team that should only win on video games with a few created players added.Once again Cant-do-well performed horrible. The play calling is so suspect and then when we do pull off a good play we shoot ourself in the foot by getting stupid penalties.I’ve been a Louisville fan since the day I started breathing and we’ve came a very long way,and was just starting to get the respect that we deserved, only to have to start over again.Everyone keep saying that Krags has a direction he’s trying to take this program in, well hell I’m tired of riding around.I’m going out on a limb and saying I would’ve welcomed John L. back! If we get our play calling back up to par we would be able to last out the season and possible make a bowl game.I’m just tired of going in reverse…Fell my pain….
