Maybe that headline will get some attention.
This manchild has done things that I never thought possible.
Tonight, in particular, I am rooting for UK.
I want to shout to all of the UNC nation that I am indeed from the state of KY, and that UK has almost twice as many national championships as UNC. Maybe it's better to say that the state of KY has more NC's than that of NC. Please forgive me. Dang. I hope that those yahoos don't catch on the NC means "National Championship" and "North Carolina."
I am a fan of Duke at least twice a year. Three if you count the "inevitable" meeting in the ACC championship game. Again...please forgive me.
I really do not like the fact that CBS has a countdown to the first UNC-Duke basketball game (at the time of this writing, 84 days, 22 hours, 50 minutes).
On the brighter side of things....
It goes to show that the old intolerant US has come to grips with the homosexual lifestyle. Given all the love that the announcers at the world wide leader have with old TH.
Good old Roy Williams has cost me a lot of money (at least in the tens of dollars) over the last few decades when I pick his (then) Jayhawks and Tarheels (save for the one year he had Doherty players) to win it all.
The cameras keep focusing in on TH even though he is apparently not playing. He's an attractive enough fellow, and I am becoming more secure in my manhood. The shots are usually prefaced by Ms. Andrews (FYI, a Gator).
I really hate all the hate that I am feeling. This is kind of strange because I hate something (hate), that I really should, but feel guilty about feeling a certain way that I shouldn't about something I should really hate. Any help here?
PS: Just as an introduction, I am a grad from UL (around 1989...old SOB here) currently living in Utah. The nice thing is that the people here are no big fans of UK because of their history when the Big Guy was coaching at Utah I got my grad degree from Florida, so the recent dominance there is a bonus.
