UK received a scant 687 voting points less than us. Not bad.

Big East

7 BE teams in the Top 25. It’s amazing how a conference can be so good in basketball when it is so bad in football.

Should be 8

I think a lot of people don’t realize how good the Orange are going to be this year.

on the U-rank um

part of ESPN’s web site. All the UK fans have UK 1#. That’s funny. They are a NR on the sheet.

haha

Even as a huge UL homer, no way I could vote L’ville #1 in the preseason over UNC. I even think #3 is too high…lots of untested talent and many unknowns. Replacing all of Padgett’s contributions to this team causes a little preseason anxiety for this UL fan…but I do agree with the experts in that Pitino will more than likely have this team ready to go in March and should be favored to make it to the Final Four.

Bunch of UNC fans running their mouths, saying they killed us last year in the tourney…..God I hope we play them again.

UNC

I’m really surprised we didnt hear more about Earl Clark’s two non-walk, walk calls in the UNC game during the off season. Those were egregiously bad.
