Aside from the fact that Leonardo DiCaprio may be one of the best actors on the planet, and don't even act like you didn't enjoy The Departed, Catch Me If You Can, and Blood Diamond (you probably even liked Titanic). Regardless, he just earned major 'ups' in my book.
Why you might ask... take a closer look at the picture.. up, up, to the right, notice his hat?
YOU'RE GOD DAMN RIGHT THAT'S A CARDS HAT! (and yes we may hate exclamation marks around the Chron, but it's totally worthy in this case).
Now, while I'd rather have Lebron James or Tiger Woods in Cardwear, Leo is def nothing to be ashamed of (and it sure as hell beats his neighbor to the left). The only thing to be ashamed of is the fact that I just referred to him as Leo.

so famous people actually recognize Louisville? I bet he still thinks the capital of KY is Louisville.
Mediocre-funny story. My college roommate, goes to a drive thru liquor store in the middle of Ohio with me in the passenger seat. He shows the teller his fake KY ID. The teller, giving us a suspicious looking scowl, asks my roommate what the capital of KY is to see if we’re really from KY. Roomie says “uh…..Louisville.” The teller hands us our beer and we’re on our way.

I’d say there is a chance he DOES recognize Louisville – maybe as a home to one of the top 5 programs in the country…could be he was here for Derby and hobnobbed with oh, I don’t know, Rick Pitino? Maybe he attended some Derby functions and met some really cool Louisville people/U of L fans…..I think we tend to forget that Louisville has a great rep as a basketball power – would you feel the same way if he had a Duke hat on? Go CARDS!

If he even knows that it’s a ville hat and he’s wearing it for that purpose then
I’d say its pretty stout that Leo wore the L courtside to the Lakers first game of the season.
I still have some questions about the whole situation, though.
Is Kevin Connelly part of Leo’s entourage in real life? Are they actually friends? Or is it just a coincidence that they’re sitting next to each other and he’s not actually living E’s life both on an off the set?
That would be so lame to be on HBO’s hottest show which is called Entourage not even get to have an entourage of your own.
Hollywood sucks apparently.
