Well, that was a pleasant surprise

Solid defense throughout--by everyone

slow first half start

but continued strong second half--this time super strong

Tello looked like he's getting ready to really contribute--that mad full court dash he almost pulled off at the end would have really capped a great day for him

Really liked the was T Will controlled himself and pulled up for those 10-15 ft jumpers

much crisper passing --and then we actually knocked the shot down

Very, very happy with our game today

We just looked 100% better on both sides of the ball--despite our underwhelming FG% in the first half. DC was Mr. Hustle! He made some really good passes, too. Oh and that one-handed dunk with 14:40 left in the 2nd half was fantastic!

I'm most excited about our solid defense. The Cards played their best all-around game since before Padgett's injury. Watching us today got me really excited about what this team may be able to accomplish in Feb./March if everyone is healthy and we continue to play good, fundamental basketball.
